How I Work

I pull from several evidence-based modalities, including attachment theory, strengths-based CBT, mindfulness-based stress reduction strategies, somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and family systems approaches. When working with couples, I gravitate toward The Gottman method, emotionally-focused therapy, and attachment theory. Also, I commit to the continuous process of practicing cultural sensitivity and awareness. I strive to create holistic and individualized treatments for each client; one that considers all the layers and facets of your story and life.
